Our therapeutic residential program has successfully treated more than a thousand boys and girls ages 12 - 18. Become a role model and mentor while receiving some of the best training in the industry. Our program is a hybrid - using the outdoors for experiential education and as a therapeutic teaching tool while also utilizing indoor facilities for education, therapy, meals, etc. As a youth behavioral health specialist, you will support our young clients by overseeing the implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring that residents are safe at all times and supervise daily activities to ensure proper coordination of residents' routines and initiatives.
