Inside Sales Intern - Summer 2018

Our Sales teams work to evangelize Box and uncover pivotal new accounts. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will be challenged with executing several key projects for our Go to Maket Inside Sales teams. Our interns demonstrate high levels of professionalism and Box product knowledge, and your main responsibility will be to help drive strategic initiatives across several Go to Market teams. Additional day to day responsibilities for the internship include: account mapping, working cross-functionally with Account Executives to navigate sales territories, and measuring success through analyzing data.  
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in software sales. You will be working in a fast paced environment and interfacing with all levels of buyers, including senior executives. You will learn how to create and execute an account plan while working alongside several Go to Market teams.

In this Internship, you will:

Rapidly learn about Box as a Cloud Content Management platform
  • How to build and run effective Sales campaigns
  • How to identify buyer personas for specific Sales plays
  • Work cross functionally across several Sales teams to drive key GTM initiatives
  • Drive outbound efforts to increase registration for the BoxWorks conference
  • Learn how to navigate leads and sales contacts to ensure highest chance for registration
  • Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives
  • Understand a lead’s needs and effectively communicate how Box will meet them
  • Document various details including use case, lead scores, purchase timeframes, next steps
  • Use SalesForce.com for lead management and sales forecasting
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers
  • Evangelize Cloud Content Management using Box

Who you are

You are a motivated individual with a growth mindset looking to kick off a career in software sales. You are naturally curious, a strong communicator and have a knack for being quick on your feet. You have a desire to address pain points and transform organizations through our product. You will use these skills to make a positive first impression on all potential customers you interact with. Your engaging communication skills will help you connect with customers, pitch Box's value, and fill our sales pipeline with qualified leads.
