Staff Accountant

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Capital management system maintenance and coordination
- Internal controls coordination, SOX control compliance and testing
- Internal management accounting, including strategic business, integrated manufacturing, and business unit reporting
- Estimating various forecast and budget scenarios as needed based on changing business conditions
- Financial accounting including consolidation, analysis and communication of division or multiple business units’ results / explanations
- Presentation and explanation of results to management, communication of results to corporate offices
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 year Degree in Accounting or equivalent or 4 year Degree in Business with a minimum of 18 hours accounting coursework
- 3.0 / 4.0 Grade Point Average (Account GPA & Cumulative GPA) or equivalent
- Willingness to relocate and be mobile minded
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
- Professional Certification (Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent)
- MBA or Masters Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
- 1-2 years of Accounting experience
- SAP experience
- Excellent Initiative, Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills
