Staff Accountant

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Capital management system maintenance and coordination
• Internal controls coordination, SOX control compliance and testing
• Internal management accounting, including strategic business, integrated manufacturing, and business unit reporting
• Estimating various forecast and budget scenarios as needed based on changing business conditions
• Financial accounting including consolidation, analysis and communication of division or multiple business units’ results / explanations
• Presentation and explanation of results to management, communication of results to corporate offices
  

Basic Qualifications:

• 4 year Degree in Accounting or equivalent or 4 year Degree in Business with a minimum of 18 hours accounting coursework
• 3.0 / 4.0 Grade Point Average (Account GPA & Cumulative GPA) or equivalent
• Willingness to relocate and be mobile minded

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Professional Certification (Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent)
• MBA or Masters Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• 1-2 years of Accounting experience
• SAP experience
• Excellent Initiative, Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills
