Certified Nursing Assistant

Caregivers and C.N.A's needed:

Following the care plan as directed by Company.

            Assist with walking and light exercise

            Plan & prepare meals followed by clean-up.

            Make beds

            Light housekeeping to include light dusting and light vacuuming

            Laundry

            Supervise household maintenance such as housecleaning service, plumber, gardener

            Run errands

            Provide incidental transportation using client or caregiver car.

            In sleep-over or live-in situations

              Assist client to and from bed

              Assist client throughout the night

              Prepare morning meals and cleanup.

              Launder sheets/clothes.

 

Other Requirements

            Document in The Care Plan Daily

            Record my hours worked on the Client Time Sheet and submit a signed time sheet weekly.

            Report any significant client changes to the office immediately.

 

Qualifications

            Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect

            Ability to read and write English at an average adult level

            Ability to speak English clearly, both in person and on the phone

            Ability to drive

            Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations

Must have at least 2-3 year experience

Must have high school diploma

Valid Driver License

Social Security Card

Car Insurance

TB Certificate

DMV driving Record

Be able to pass multiple background checks, initial and random Drug testing.

 

 

 

 

C.N.A's needed

 

Certified Nursing Assistant Job Duties:

Provides patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths.

Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals Hoyer Lift, Stand Lift etc. Machinery knowledgeable.

Must have all necessary documents ex. CNA License, CPR card etc
