Project Manager

Balius Surfaces is looking to add an entry level Project Manager to our team. The position is for full-time employment. As a Project Manager at Balius Surfaces, you would oversee the job process from contract award to final invoice. This process includes tasks such as contract review, submittals, purchasing materials, expediting delivery, installation manuals and close out documents. The ideal candidate would be proficient in the following areas:

·    Organization/Logistics

·     Estimating and material pricing ability.

·     Computer knowledge related to the construction industry.

·     Good communication skills – written and oral.

·     Sales/managerial ability. 

·     Attention to detail.
