Marketing Assistant

Stirling Properties: Marketing Assistant 
Job Description:
Working within corporate brand guidelines, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for editing and reproducing print layouts and marketing materials in line with Stirling Properties’ needs. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide marketing support for commercial agents and brokers to meet sales goals and overall objectives of the company. This position will create and edit on-brand flyers, brochures, and digital and print sales materials, enhancing the Stirling Properties brand and corporate identity. The ideal candidate has graphic design skills, well-organized, can manage multiple projects, and is systemic in your approach to creating marketing materials in order to meet company needs and deadlines. You bring a can-do attitude to a team-driven environment. 
Job duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer include, but are not limited to the following:
• Create and manage corporate templates for company-wide marketing efforts
• Liaise with other team members to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery
• Create and produce sales collateral such as flyers, brochures, e-packages, proposals, presentations, newsletters, etc. 
• Consistently manage, revise, and update all materials as needed
• Customize and edit brand assets, including logos, icons, infographics, and other promotional materials for company, clients, and/or properties
• Manage production process and costs for print products; working with printers and other vendors for timely delivery
• Assist internal clients with collecting necessary marketing content such as property aerials, site plans, competition maps, heat maps, traffic counts, demographics, etc.
• Monitor use of existing sales tools and collateral; provide input and suggestions for additions/revisions of tools
• Assist with photographing properties and company events, as well as new employees/agents; edit photos using Adobe Photoshop when necessary 
• Responsible for brand oversight and designs that are on strategy with marketing goals
• Be familiar with current and emerging design trends and best practices for both print and digital
• Performs any other job duties and marketing support as assigned by the Vice President of Marketing
Must Haves:
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office
  • Thorough understanding of print standards and production methods; knowledge of typography, color and layout for both print and digital media.
  • Must be team player, experienced working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing, fast-paced business environment
  • The ability to scope projects accurately, prioritize tasks and goals independently, and produce deliverables in a timely manner.
