Marketing/Social Media Director
Mobile, AL, based law firm seeks Marketing/Social Media Director to promote the firm’s brand and expand the firm’s reach to potential clients and referring lawyers.
POSITION BENEFITS:
Pay: $33,000 + per year depending on education, work experience, life experience and other qualifications.
Health/Dental provided after 90-day probationary period. Opportunity for enrollment in 401(k) and profit sharing once additional eligibility requirements met.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field or equivalent experience;
· Extensive social media planning and development strategy education/experience;
• Strong creative ability to develop content and materials promoting firm services on social media, YouTube, and other platforms;
· Coordinating and organizing client contact lists for marketing and re-marketing purposes to optimize messaging geared toward each audience;
· Managing marketing content on websites, social media, YouTube, etc.;
· Blog experience;
• Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to be a team player in a leadership and support role;
• Excellent skills in managing multiple tasks requiring strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of client-sensitive information;
• Results-oriented, flexible and demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work assignments;
• Computer aptitude, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs and Adobe Creative Suite, social media proficiency, video content creation, graphic design programs experience preferred;
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure a consistent branding image is maintained;
• Assist in ongoing process improvement within firm’s website and create social media content;
• Create, implement, and monitor success of strategies to promote the firm through social media;
• Track, collate and maintain inventory of marketing materials, as required.
• May assist with additional projects as requested.
