We are seeking a Controller for one of the newest hotels to join the PHG Family, The Admiral Hotel Mobile, Curio Collection by Hilton 156 guest rooms, 7,000 SF of meeting space, and two food and beverage outlets - Launch and Corner 251!
Working closely with the Sr. Vice President of Finance and Accounting (SVP of Finance and Accounting) and the Regional Controller, our Controller will assume the role of a detail-oriented, professional, well-balanced financial overseer who will be responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial information. The Controller will also be responsible for management of the Accounting Department and will be a part of the Executive Committee. This committee drives the property through leadership and entrepreneur attitudes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in either Hospitality or accounting/finance/business
- A minimum of two years' Hotel Accounting experience in a Senior Accounting Role.
- GAAP experience preferred.
- Hotel experience required
- M3, Micros, rofit Sword and Kronos system desired
- Microsoft Office with a strong proficiency in Excel
