Director of Talent/Human Resources

The Director of Talent serves on our team as a forward thinking-partner and guardian of the critical success factor, growing our people to grow the business. The director's first responsibility is to the operator and must have ability to develop a collaborative team of high-performing leaders who have complementary functional skills and creative strengths. This director is responsible for processes in both recruiting leaders and talent, conducting interviews, assigning positions, clarifying roles, evaluating and rewarding performance. This individual ensures a winning team providing direction and leadership, managing recruiters of talent and working with directors in order to serve the needs of the restaurant. Assembles a team that produces world-class service through continuous improvement and is responsible for ensuring the organization meets its ambitious goals for increasing the quality and diversity of team members.
