Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives serve as front desk, admission, exhibit, and gift shop specialists and possibly tour guides for the Alabama Aviation Education Center named Flight Works Alabama located at Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley. This state-of-the-art center is the launching point for tours of the Airbus A320 and A220 Final Assembly Lines. Workforce development classes, workshops and camps are offered for students of all ages, as well as hosting a projected 50,000 visitors yearly to the Discovery Space exhibit gallery showcasing aviation history, manufacturing and aviation concepts and careers.
