Management Intern
To provide students an opportunity to enhance their education and improve their future career opportunities by beginning an internship within a local restaurant. While this program is designed for anyone in business, it is targeted to those interested in hospitality, food, human resources or marketing interests. This program allows college students and recent graduates the ability to understand building and maintaining strong work relationships, learning basic operational skills, gaining business knowledge and accomplishing results. We have designed the LEAN INternship Program to involve students in real-work experience while also allowing the time to experience many aspects of leading a multimillion dollar business while learning the Chick-fil-A culture.
The candidate chosen will become a well-rounded manager of all restaurant operations in both front of house and kitchen. The position requires the candidate to be highly organized, self-motivated, fast-paced and a servant leader. Must be committed and passionate about personal and professional growth and development. Must take initiative during shift and lead others by example.
The qualified candidate must be capable of being on feet for 6-10 hours, able to lift at least 40 pounds, have reliable transportation and strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Requirements:
Must be a college junior, senior or graduate
Must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during school and 30+ hours per week during breaks/summers
Must have reliable transportation
Saturday’s are required
$10.00-$15.00 per hour depending on prior experience, availability and reliability
Must be available to intern a minimum of one year
